Really great experience with Knight Frank at the St Johns Wood office. Sara Alyan helped me find the most beautiful flat and then it was a very quick and seamless process to get everything sorted, and in the flat as quick as possible. Would definitely recommend KF and Sara in particular who was very helpful.

GoogleAsked for an appraisal to put a property on the market. Was visited very quickly but no appraisal followed. After a lot of chasing (and some clearly untrue excuses) it turned out the appraiser had left the company and no appraisal was ever produced. They should have been honest about the problems in the first place but instead delayed me putting my place on the market. Dishonest chancers - avoid.

So impressed with staff at Knight Frank letting. Sent email to Sarah Freeman before their return on 4th January as door on tumbler dryer broken. Company called within days, engineer attended and repaired. No fuss or bother, so pleased. Staff are so efficient, friendly and know their stuff - pleasure to deal with.

We had an issue with the toilet tanks in the house. The housebuilder was out of business and the Landlord did not know how the pipe design had been set up. The property manager took a proactive approach from the beginning and sent three different plumbers until the solution was finally reached out.

Knight Frank came highly recommended to me so it was nice to find myself dealing with them regarding some properties I was interested in renting through OnTheMarket and RightMove searches. Sam in particular was very approachable, effective and transparent. She referred me to her colleagues who were equally pleasant when I expanded my search to other neighborhoods. They never tried to force options that didn’t meet my needs but managed to be simultaneously quick and gentle (and spot on in their instincts) when they did come up with a lead that looked like a good match. Just real, nice people who happen to be very very good at their job!

Knight Frank Wapping took on the sale of my flat last summer. During the process they managed to - fail to inform me of a leak into the flat and visible blocked guttering (I am abroad). The sale fell through following a survey which directly commented on the poor state of the building due to blocked guttering etc - recommend the prospective buyers switch to their recommended solicitor who I later found out from my own solicitor did barely anything. When I queried progress I was told there was no reason to be concerned - offer to forward my post and then forget to do so for 6 weeks despite my continued queries - claim 3 sets of keys passed on to a subsequent agent yet be unable to provide any written record of this The staff at the Wapping office repeatedly told me there were undermanned and over stretched. That would seem to be the case. We are now substantially out of pocket. I trusted Knight Frank Wapping. I cannot recommend others to do so.

We changed agent to KF after our previous agent had failed to get any interest in our property. It was clear from the start that our agent had a much better understanding of the market and we sold our house at the asking price. Things got complicated due to lockdown and an extremely busy market, causing several delays in a very short chain. Our agent helped keep everything moving and everyone focussed on getting the move done. Always calm and always professional- good work!

Knight Frank were proactive at selling our home being successful when another, leading Estate Agent had failed to be. (In fact a 'buying agent' was also involved and thanks to him the whole process was expedited in a manner that was pleasing to everyone.) Once we had exchanged contracts however, we did not hear from our Agent and when I phoned them about various queries on three different occasions, no-one called me back. I know we have been in a Covid world but I was a little fed up that I had to chase KF for answers. On the day before completion, when I still had not been contacted to find out how and when keys would be transferred to the new owners, I had to phone twice to get hold of someone. Overall, however, we had very pleasant people to deal with and I would recommend them to others. Ultimately, they did sell our house for us.
