We were lucky enough for Catherine to be appointed to handle the sale of our (rather tricky) new build house. She was fantastic throughout the process; calm, knowledgeable, persistent when needed - she handled our buyer diplomatically, in fact I'm really not sure that the sale would have gone through without her help. Knight Frank as an agency were incredibly professional, honest and although they perhaps didn't get the volume of prospective buyers through the door that we hoped for, in the end, the only thing that matters is that they closed the deal, and we sold it for the right price. Can't recommend them highly enough for Dulwich and East Dulwich.

Poor customer service by the agent. Not told the truth from the start about faults at the property. Lied about the building equipment and the rent. Wasn't prepared to help to resolve the problems. Once got paid then didn't bother to help further.
