Adam was great at keeping in contact throughout the sale process... we heard we had completed from him a few hours before our solicitor told us! He also did little things that were beyond the 'call of duty' which made the whole probate sale a lot easier.

The moving in was not smooth at all, but our agent was working hard. Since we moved in non of our request has been sorted. We are paying a lot of money for the rent yet we are living without a fixed dishwasher for a month. Very unprofessional. We don’t even know who is our manager right now and where to complain.
