I’ve been a resident in Trinity Village for 20 years and the management has always been a bit question UNTIL Knight Frank appointment Louie-Mae Gibson as the Estate Director in 2019. Since then the management has turned around. We know have clear, prompt and transparent communication and efficient service. It’s great (and rare) to see a management agency work together with the residents in which benefits the community in a empathetic way.

Knight Frank and in particular the team that oversee Trinity Sq and the subsequent streets (Swan St) have done a fantastic job during my time living here. They have fixed anything within a matter of days and have been proactive in making the area a great place to live - recent garden renovations etc. Truly a great place to live, and the team are a pleasure to deal with. The property we moved into is of an excellent standard but the previous tenant was a bit of a slob. In addition to organising the extra works and cleanings in an instant, Manwai has dealt with every single follow up request and query with the highest professionalism and always in a cooperative manner. Overall very reliable service and I am glad to be dealing with him as my property manager.

I have recently rented a flat through Knight Frank and have had a really great experience from the moment I found the flat until we moved in. In particular, Gemma Hutton from the St Johns Wood branch was very helpful, always available (even when on annual leave on the day we're trying to get the contract signed) and someone I felt I could trust throughout the whole process - highly recommended!

Our experience with Knight Frank has been great and they have provided a good service and an excellent property. However, the execution of the contract has been severely delayed - we understand this is due to the current situation and the return to work after the lockdown, but we have been poorly informed on the progress of signing the tenancy agreement and getting the safety and energy certificates by Knight Frank.

Great service yesterday from the property management at Knight Frank. I had a serious plumbing issue in an apartement managed by them: got in touch first thing with the property manager (Miss. Speteliunaite) and she has been very efficient in getting the landlord to approve the expense and organising with the plumber to come over and get everything sorted by late afternoon. Negotiating to either buy, rent or sell a property can be very frustrating. Sometimes, if you are lucky, it can happen quickly or as in my case it can take a while. I was so very lucky to discover Isabel at the Knight Frank Tower Bridge office. Along with her colleagues, she worked so hard and was so professional throughout. Too much bureaucracy! Not able to get in touch with staff . Unclear responses ! Was quoted a ridiculous charge for getting a annual rent certificate which is complimentary with many agents . Department operating without any cohesion internally & having to approach different departments a pain ! Customer should have a dedicated agent to deal with ! I have removed 2 properties from your set up
