GoogleI put my house on the market in Autumn 2017, and my (now) fiancee and I viewed many properties in Dulwich Village, East Dulwich, and Peckham Rye; there was only one property we saw which we both wanted, without needing any compromise, in Dulwich Village. The problem was that the vendors had said they would be pulling it from the market as it wasn't selling, and I wasn't yet under offer. Paul Humphreys (who's now left), spoke with the vendors, and when my house went under offer they accepted my offer. Paul pushed things through, with Catherine Stage and Laura Peet working closely with him and me. I can safely say that the experience was incredibly pleasant for a vendor. Not at any stage was I made to feel like Knight Frank were doing me a favour in showing me around, or indeed judging my finances before they knew my position (there is what one particular estate agent in Dulwich Village did, which put me off putting an offer in on a house in Melbourne Grove (which it transpired with hindsight would have been one with too many compromises, so thank you to them)). They stood firm on the price (god forbid representing their client's best interests!) yet were polite with me throughout and made me feel like I was also still getting a good deal. If we ever sell this house, which we have no intention of doing in the foreseeable, Knight Frank will be the first through our door. Thoroughly pleasant, efficient, and professional. (Sorry it took so long to write this: something jogged my memory that I had intended to do so a long time ago!)

Had a very good experience renting our new home through Knight Frank's Fulham office. I would particularly note George Simpson, who was very professional, punctual and available. George helped push through a needlessly frustrating credit check experience and otherwise made sure we get the porperty signed up as quickly as possible, also making sure things go smoothly on the move-in day. Have recommended him to a friend already and will be happy to do so again.

I've dealt with the Wapping office rentals team for several years now and have always been impressed. They are always responsive and professional, but above all they get the job done and as a landlord that is ultimately what it is all about. For those tempted to look at using a smaller (possibly cheaper) agency then my advice would be to think again. You get what you pay for and KF are well worth it.

I need to stick to my duties and obligations (routine inspections, PAT testing, EICR, etc...) and have the landlord fix things appropriately in case of issue (got one heater and the washing machine down over the past months !). I can say that Knight Frank people are making the perfect middleman between our landlord and myself. And a special accolade to Jason Young Chu for his swift answers and help.

GoogleMany thanks to the Knight Frank Dulwich Village team for the superb handling of the sale of my house in the Village over the summer. I needed a quick sale to downsize and snap up one of the rare small houses in the Dulwich area. Despite the chill winds and uncertainty of the approaching EU Referendum, the team got the details out and arranged a rapid series of viewings which led to a very good offer in a matter of days. Their professionalism and attention to detail are strengths and I was impressed by the rigour invested in chasing parties in the buyer's chain on a regular basis to secure exchange. Paul, Catherine and Laura are a very friendly team and I always felt welcome in their office. After the sale I was able to move quickly to purchase a suitable house in the area so I was delighted. Highly recommend.

GoogleGreat service from KF Dulwich from start to finish. We chose them initially because of the impressive information and communication policy they have with their clients but quickly realised the real strength is the excellent team in the office. All we dealt with were unfailingly helpful, clear in what they thought and supportive, in particular when aspects of the deal began to become difficult. Paul, Laura and Catherine are all straightforward and professional to deal with and kept us updated. They are as far from the stereotype (and in fact my previous experience) of estate agents as I think they could be. Strongly recommend.

The team dealing with the sale of my property often, especially during covid restrictions, went above and beyond their remit. The sale was over a long period of time and over a long distance but FL-S and GH proved very proactive and easily accessible for communications. The only down side was the cost but, you pay for what you get and the team at Knight Frank proved they are worth the extra cost.

She knows the area like the back of her hand, she knows schools and also how to make the most of each property she shows you. To add to that she is genuinely interested in helping you find the right place for you and your family situation(such a rare quality in an estate agent). We have had mixed experiences with Knight Frank’s property management team in the past. However, recently Ruby Goddard has joined the team and she has been excellent. Responsive, courteous, efficient and has shown she can handle everything from checking a simple payment has been received to chasing down a large insurance claim. She is an excellent example of what a property manager should be and takes the stress out of being a landlord.
