I have moved quite a few times and used several letting agencies and I've had by far the best experience with City Docklands. I was very interested in a property and Mark helped me get it. He gave me great advice on an offer to put in and answered all of my questions (which were many!). When emailing back and forth, he responded to me right away and even allowed my friend to view the property in person with him, as I was out of the country. Thanks to him, I was able to secure the flat and get a really good rate. I highly recommend City Docklands and look forward to working with them in the future.

Leasing with City Docklands is not without its challenges. Especially in the beginning when we were assigned a non-experienced agent to show us properties that did not even know how to access the properties. We had a number of issues at move in, but it took a much better turn when we were assigned Michelle Gambier as our Property Manager - she is very kind and proactive. We discussed our concerns with Michelle who adequately addressed them and as a consequence we decided to renew our lease. We look forward to a much easier tenancy in the next year(s) and a trouble-less check out when time comes. If it was possible to give separate ratings, I'd give City Docklands 3 stars and Michelle 5 stars, so rounding it to 4 stars.

I was put through to Charlie Clark who listened to what I was looking for and found me several properties to view, he also organised it so the viewings could happen on the same day which reduced the hassle immensely. Daniel, John and the rest of the team at City Docklands have been so helpful. I've never been a landlord before and they have made the whole thing incredibly easy. They found me lovely tenants for my flat within a day of advertising it. All communication with them has been very professional. Would recommend! Since letting the flat Michelle has also been incredibly helpful. As a first time landlord i was not sure of many of the procedures. Hopeless Support for LANDLORDS

It’s perhaps typical of all estate agents and no wonder they get a bad name for themselves but this firms rental department are particularly inept. My beautiful apartment was returned to me by my tenants at the end of September 24 in a substantially damaged state as a result of their family of indoor cats. Mistake number 1 was me accepting a tenant with cats. Mistake 2 was to assume that the extensive damage to silk curtains and carpets would be covered by the tenant agreeing to deductions from their security deposit. Mistake 3 was to assume that the agent would help resolve the matter. My tenants after initially accepting the costs, they have stopped communicating and left me with having to pay over £20k in reinstatement costs having waited for 6 weeks. I sincerely hope that I will be able to amend this review and settle the matter with my old tenants but as regards Frank Harris, I can’t recommend the rental team

Terrible estate agents - property purchase

I purchased a property that was advertised by Frank Harris Southbank & Waterloo in 2023. The agents were deeply unhelpful and often resorted to ultimatums when speaking on the phone. My solicitors and I were multiple times accused of being purposely slow during the process when it was the seller's solicitors who hadn't provided the correct documents. Extremely poor experience.
