Don't care about the local community

They've an erected a Let By sign in my garden. We are not moving. All my neighbours and visitors keep asking if we are moving. It's upsetting my children. Rang politely and they promised to take it down four days ago. Nothing. Director was rude and mansplaining today. Really unimpressed by these cowboys who care nothing for the community they are operating in. If anyone needs some firewood let me know...

Disrespectful

I live in a development that doesn't allow boards on the outside of the building and also has a wooden facade. In all my time living in the development of 19 years no agent/company has put a board on the facade. What makes it worse is that it has wooden panelling and the board goes straight through it and has now damaged it. After multiple calls and promises of the board being removed nearly 2 weeks later it still is attached to the outside. Clearly the company has no respect for the owners in the building or the building itself.

As tenants you often feel bombarded by estate agents with everything they have on file without much consideration for your wants and needs, this was not the case with Ronni. I was very impressed with Mr Butt and his team at Frank Harris, Marchmont Street. In the process of selling my small flat they could not have done better. George advised me on which offer I should accept and then he helped in finding a very good solicitor.There were a few 'hiccups' in the process of selling, which the solicitors had to deal with, but he was very patient and finally the sale was completed.I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone Frank Harris in Marchmont Street, WC1.

Unprofessional and unsafe experience, not recommended

We are a professional family with two young children and signed a 3-year tenancy through Frank Harris. From the very first day, the property was not cleaned properly, dirt and damage under the fridge (see photos) and a broken bin left in place. Soon after moving in, we discovered mold on the ceilings, pest infestations, and a faulty lock on the front door.

Maria was simply amazing !!! My daughter and her friends were let down by a landlord and were left looking for a student let at short notice.
