Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleLola was extremely helpful throughout our experience with LT. We were able to set up a viewing at very short notice and were then able to view at our own pace and leisure. All of our questions about the property were answered thoroughly. We also got great insights into the bid submission processes - prior to Lola’s help we were relatively clueless. This assistance extended after our evening viewing. We got an email detailing everything we needed to do, and some of the points that had been discussed at the property that evening. Despite not being interested in the property, we would definitely recommend LT.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

GoogleDealt with Lola and Hannah, and also Lerry! Lola was really attentive and made me feel safe and took away any doubts we had throughout the whole process! I had two viewings with Ludlow, with Hannah, and she was very nice and helpful as well. Kerry helped me and my flatmates a bit with the referencing process, and was professional as well. They have been incredible during the whole process and within 2 weeks I managed to obtain full asking price. Attiya was very helpful and professional and always able to handle everything in a very speedy manner. Would definitely recommend

He showed real care and a rare graciousness in supporting me through the purchase of my first flat. I was in contact with all the estate agents in this area and Mark & Eleonora were the best. No question. They replied to my emails immediately, returned my calls quickly and responded to any problems I had with real care and kindness. Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

During the process from offer to completion, Alice has also been very involved in facilitating the process, speaking to all of the different parties to try and make the purchase as smooth and painless as possible. Overall, Alice has been great to work with and I would highly recommend getting in touch to anyone considering buying a house.

GoogleLola is the one! She is just amazing. Thanks to her we found the perfect house and she strived to make it possible for us to call it OUR house! We experienced some issues and were almost giving up on renting, but she helped us in every single step and was so committed in it despite her 1000 things to deal with. I totally recommend her if you want to get an amazing customer support and service. Shoutout to Steven, the manager, who supported Lola and us with the issues we had.

GoogleBoth Lola and Josh have been amazingly helpful - highly recommend them. Lola is professional , friendly, keeps in contact regularly and helped us massively by choosing selectively when it came to sending properties , as well as advising us on how to put our best offer. Josh and Lola worked well together - when one wasn't in the office, they’d clearly kept each other up to date with our search. They both acted beyond what we expected and were much more personable than other agents we’ve used at other agencies.

My property was listed with two agencies and Foxtons were much better than the other agency at generating interest and arranging viewings. They helped secure a good offer and Scott worked efficiently to progress the sale to completion. I would not hesitate to use Foxtons for a future sale.
