Working with Tehreen was exceptional. From the very beginning, she promised to support me through the whole process, and she genuinely delivered. She regularly took my calls and made calls to me, never making me feel like a burden. There were moments when I wasn’t sure what to do next, but she always gave me well‑researched information that helped me make confident decisions. Her motivation and encouragement came exactly when I needed them. She’s enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and her personality is honestly infectious. Whether it was arranging viewings or handling any complaints that cropped up along the way, she dealt with everything professionally and with real care. I couldn’t have asked for better service, truly creditable from start to finish. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting someone who actually stands by their word. Foxtons is fortunate to have such a dedicated professional on their team.

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

I had a very good experience working with Donald Brooks from Foxtons East Dulwich. This was my first experience buying a house and I wasn’t sure how to go about it. The whole process felt overwhelming at the start but Donald truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant from start to finish. Donald’s deduction and attention to detail gave me the peace of mind from the offset that I was in good hands. I genuinely felt like he really cared about helping me find the right home rather than just closing a deal. Thanks to his hard work and guidance dealing with a very tricky vendor, I was able to secure my first home as he expertly managed my stress level and doubts throughout the process, as at some point I really felt like this wasn’t happening. If you are looking for a home I would highly recommend working with Donald Brooks - especially 1st time buyers. His professionalism, expertise and genuine commitment to his craft truly set him apart.

Called in and enquired about a rental property, I asked questions and gave the floor to the lady on the line to add any extra important detail I may need before I give her my details to sort a viewing out. After all my details were given to her she then said the property isn’t up for rent for a HMO. Surely this should have been made clear from the start especially when I asked her if there’s anything I should know about the property??? I told her this and she got very defensive. Just wasted my time and they now just have my details sitting in their system for no reason. Also before this, I asked her about what sort of referencing will be done as every agency is different. She only listed two standard things and couldn’t recall the rest?? Shouldn’t you know what referencing the company will do, even if it’s not directly done by Foxtons. Not a great impression from Foxtons to be honest. Quality is sub par on the phone and quite lazy. I can’t imagine how actually dealing with them with a property will be. Well the bad reviews tell me.

There are moments, and people, that turn up exactly when you most need them. And with no disrespect to the Foxtons brand, I didn’t expect that level of care to come from Foxtons Dulwich at a point when our family really needed a bit of extra steadiness. But it did. Two people in that office were exceptional. I know they were “doing their job”, but they did it with a level of ownership and attention that most agents simply don’t match. They treated the purchase like it mattered, applied calm judgement when things got tense, and kept the process moving with real intelligence rather than pressure. Yes, estate agency is commission-based, everyone understands that. What impressed me was that, instead of being pushy or performative, they were supportive, measured, and consistently sharp. Communication was outstanding: fast, clear, and reliable. They explained what was happening, told us what mattered, and didn’t waste time or add noise. If you’re buying through Foxtons Dulwich, you can get a genuinely different experience, professional, human, and highly effective. We’re properly grateful. And if you want the standout, genuinely top-tier, Donald. World-class at what he does, but more importantly: kind, funny, steady, trustworthy, and properly supportive. As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

They managed to sell my flat! And we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you to Attiya, Dom and the Dulwich team for selling our flat. It was on the market with another local agent who I love but sadly it just wasn’t converting (5 months). Moved to foxtons and it was under offer within a week. I was shocked and very happy!
