Wish I could give it zero stars. Pathetic company. 7 hours since reporting an emergency leak and still nothing back. My house is ruined because of this pathetic company. Avoid at all costs.
Hi AC, Sorry to hear about the leak in your property. We are not maintenance company and do not handle repairs or perform any works ourselves - we merely provide software to agencies to manage their repairs and maintenance. I don't know what Fixflo is, but they are spamming my phone with unsolicited text messages that look like a phishing attack with a link to follow. I'm sure I never gave this company permission to contact me. Probably running a scam.

GoogleThe consultants need work, no customer service and appear to like yelling at you over email. Myles wasn’t pleased when I asked something that apparently had been answered once before On an add... apologies for being human and not seeing it myles good luck with you career I’m sure you will do very well.....

2 years after my last review this still remains a completely useless app. In 2 years they haven't managed to get it working properly, crashes all the time, cannot upload pictures without the app crashing at least 5 times ..etc.

We have been using Fixflo for around 18 Months and have continued to get great service from James whenever we have questions or improvements! Fixflo allows us to manage a great volume of maintenance requests ad report accurately on how jobs progress and keep us getting issues sorted for our tenants and landlords quickly and efficiently!
