GoogleMyself and a friend have been looking at rentals across a variety of agencies in south Bristol for over a month. Cameron and Zara @ CJ Hole were by far the best of the bunch. They were enthusiastic and lovely to deal with throughout. It made a particularly stressful process much more manageable. We ended up with a great rental and couldn't be happier with the service. GoogleDecember 2019: Excellent service from Ben. Handled our viewings, offers and negotiations professionally and efficiently. Ben is an excellent communicator, who always made us feel comfortable and able to ask questions. We've been thoroughly impressed with CJHole and will use them again in the future - and recommend everyone else does too! An update 4 months on, and at a point where we have moved into our new home! Many thanks to NICOLA and SAM in the progressions team, who worked tirelessly to make sure that our completion went through. I really couldn't be happier with or more grateful to CJHole. GoogleBoth agents I dealt with as a rental tenant (Carmelo & Jamie) were helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. I've had bad experiences with letting agents in the past and heard some horror stories about CJ Hole but I couldn't fault them. Would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleWe did not have a good experience selling my deceased parents home, the would be buyer was obtaining funds via two different means the sales team did not have a good understanding of this, or the process. Communication was non existent when asking what the delay was, only once another agent was engaged did they respond, and their responses were aggressive. Best find a knowledgeable independent, from my experiences.
