GoogleI’ve just sold my flat through Cjhole Southville and purchased a house from another agent. However I’d like to extend my gratitude to Nicola Bridges at the Southville office. Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. Nicola was a great support, always there to answer any queries I had, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. The team of sales guys were professional and friendly and this was a stress free process, however I cannot praise sales progression, in particular Nicola enough as there is where the true grit and effort comes during the selling and purchasing process. Many thanks Nicola.

GoogleAlthough we didn't buy our house through CJhole, I wanted to to comment on the good service from Matthew. He showed us round some properties and we I also seen him in your branch a couple of times. He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He has vision about properties and can show off the features and benefits, but without being pushy. He was attentive to what we were looking for, and came up with some choices we wouldn’t have thought of. Matthew is a real credit to the branch and I would not hesitate to recommend them because of this. Thanks.

GoogleI advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole. Thank you Stan so much for believing it would happen and for all your help.

GoogleI recently relocated to Bristol for work, Cj Hole-Southville were amazing, they had me out looking at properties that very same day, the agents were very knowledgeable, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. I found the perfect place for myself and my partner and Cj Hole had us ready and moved in two weeks!! The guys kept us fully up to date with the referencing procedure and just all round was such a smooth and and stress free experience!!!! Thank you guys, would highly recommend!!!

Throughout our entire relationship with the Southville team they have been nothing short of excellent - consummately professional, excellent timekeepers - even when just valuing the property over the years - and the sales process was made completely pain free by James, Sam, Olly and the whole team. Special mention must go to Laura who took such brilliant photos of our property and was polite, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. In short - great service from a polite, well mannered, happy TEAM of people. Thank you all so much!
