GoogleVery good service. Had a viewing with Finn who was really polite and friendly, encouraging but not pushy at all. I took the property, and then had a second viewing today just to check out some things, Finn again was patient and understanding, good conversation and knowledge. I did not feel like I was wasting his time or bothering him with a second viewing. Very good service from Finn. Also shout out to Charlotte who has been responsive and excellently helpful sorting out the contractual side.

GoogleWhat a team!! I have just sold my house using CJ Hole Southville. I started the process with Sam Gray and finished it with Hollie Stanton. Both were extremely professional and quick to get responses to any questions I had. It's been a long process that was made much more stressful by slow solicitors and I was very impressed with how they ramped up pressure as time went on. Hollie was especially good at pushing solicitors to act as quickly as possible as we neared the end of the process. I would recommend CJ Hole Southville to anyone in the Bristol area trying to sell their property. Thank you for your all your help!

GoogleI dealt with the Southville branch of CJ Hole in the viewing of some houses in BS3 and the subsequent purchase of one. My phone calls to the office were always answered and they were able to book me in for viewings within 48 hours of each call and were flexible around my working hours. Sion was particularly friendly and polite both on the phone and in person. I also dealt with Ben and Matthew on the phone and over email who were prompt and comprehensive with their responses. Plans and time frames were adhered to and the whole experience was painless. My only suggestion would perhaps be having a FAQ sheet regarding each property for prospective buyers covering some basic information e.g. age of the boiler and heating system, who the neighbours are, dates and details of recent work etc. However all of these questions were answered during or shortly after the viewing so this wasn't a major issue.

GoogleDecember 2019: Excellent service from Ben. Handled our viewings, offers and negotiations professionally and efficiently. Ben is an excellent communicator, who always made us feel comfortable and able to ask questions. We've been thoroughly impressed with CJHole and will use them again in the future - and recommend everyone else does too! An update 4 months on, and at a point where we have moved into our new home! Many thanks to NICOLA and SAM in the progressions team, who worked tirelessly to make sure that our completion went through. I really couldn't be happier with or more grateful to CJHole. GoogleGeorgina Barnes was very helpful, but the move in wasn't great if I'm honest. I moved into a dirty room, with flies on the windowsill, dust all over, stains in the toilet and a mattress and bed that must be 15+ years old and is completely knackered! On complaining about the state of the furniture in the room, their reply was 'Well you've letted it as seen'. I'm sorry, but I don't know many people who will try out a bed on looking around a room. I then told them I have a bed myself and would like to swap it, to which the response was 'well you have to get rid of it yourself now'. Fantastic. I've got rid of the bed, but have had to use the same mattress for a couple of days. It's been severely itchy and I've now got a rash on my back/chest from it. The maintenance and upkeep of these shared houses, managed under CJ Hole are disgusting. It really does show why a Landlord should take charge of their own properties, as it reflects badly on them. I'm happy at least that the housemates are great and that after a bit of TLC and a new mattress, I'll be happy. I won't be using them again after this tenancy.

GoogleQuaid is a gem that helped us find a lovely property in a great location. Can sometimes be tricky to get through to these guys on the phone, leaving voicemails that I don’t trust will be replied to, so calling a lot is needed. Once in touch though, they are mega helpful and friendly.
