GoogleI booked in a stack of viewings this weekend with Lawson Rose. Ryan showed us around. He was really knowledgeable on all the properties. Answering all our questions and giving us plenty of space to look on our own at times. After the viewings he emailed me all the property reports and brochures. A really positive experience and highly recommended 👌....

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Lawson Rose. For me as a Landlord, they have been excellent. Having spoken to several agents as I rented my house for the first time, Lawson Rose stood out by head and shoulders. The letting team were positive but honest and frank as they valued and marketed my property. The communication was regular and they quickly found a great set of tenants for my property. Since then, the management service has been perfect - no fuss and 100% reliable.

GoogleAbove world class service and experience! We personally been looking for months to find a new home and came across this local firm. We had seen a number of signs around the area that this firm had the contracts to a number of good looking properties, from the first warm welcome we where treated first rate, we quickly found a place that suited and with hours our offer was brought forward and settled within a day. The smooth process following this was 2nd rate, there was no rush always check ins and in all managed to get everything down within 2 months. Everyone you talk to in there is first class, warm and welcoming with a smile…. We never had to chase, any questions we had were answered (first time buyers) even the solicitors firm they suggested were all online with ease of access, easy online portal to use to upload documents and other needed items and best of all where reasonably priced! Anyone looking to buy I suggest using this firm!

I must highlight Steven who found us(recommended) the right property and Emma who kept a very close eye on the sales progress and always updated us. GoogleWell, what can I say, We engaged with the Lawson Rose rental team a couple of months ago as we are looking to move from Jersey in the channel Islands to Portsmouth. All I can say is the customer service has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish Hannah and Samuel have been absolutely incredible in finding us a property in advance of our move, nothing has been any trouble whatsoever, and they have taken care of everything for us, including going the extra mile at times which we really have appreciated I would totally recommend Lawson Rose as a company to deal with whether it be renting or buying I will certainly be returning to them again in the future. Although ours wasn't the easiest of journeys, owing to extensive external work taking place at the back of the property, alongside saying goodbye to our family home of 37 years!
