I honestly cannot recommend Lawson Rose highly enough, in particular Liam, for everything they have done to help sell our house. The service is truly second to none, and they have been absolutely fantastic at every point throughout what has been quite a stressful journey. They are completely genuine, down to earth people who really care about their clients and will do anything they can to get the right result. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever move in the future, and have already been recommending them to all who will listen! Thank you Lawson Rose.

The whole experience from the initial valuation to completion was outstanding. The professional approach and friendly ethos really drew us in and we are thrilled with the choice we made. As with most estate agents, the customer service up until we sold was great, what really stands these guys apart from the rest is the after care and consistent communication and updates. We knew what was happening every step of the way and Liam was superb when chasing up any issues that presented themselves. Liam and the team really did go above and beyond and for this and previous reasons mentioned we will definitely be recommending Lawson Rose to friends.

Throughout the process Lawson Rose have been brilliant. Liam was excellent as my main point of contact, although the rest of the team was always very helpful when needed. I had a buyer who was a little difficult in terms of delay and lack of communication, and if it wasn't for the advice and effort of Liam in particular I probably would have called the whole thing off...I'm extremely glad that I didn't! Will always use Lawson Rose in future and recommend to others.

After months of trying to find a suitable property to let for my family and I in a rental market overcrowded with prospective tennants, it was a breath of fresh air to encounter Hannah and Samuel. From when I first contacted them, to viewing the property, signing the tenancy agreement, and receiving the keys to our new home, every part of the process was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to both Hannah and Samuel at Lawson Rose for all of their help with our new rented property in Southsea. Moving from abroad back to the UK meant they helped us with everything over the phone from abroad to secure us a rented house in Portsmouth and I can honestly say the whole experience and service from start to finish has been superb....and most importantly for me....VERY easy! While looking for houses in Southsea I was always glad when I saw it was advertised with Lawson Rose as the viewings were always the best. Everyone we met was super friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed- we never felt pressured or patronised- no question was a stupid question! When we eventually bought a house through Lawson Rose, Steve (who had shown us a few houses!) was lovely to deal with and made the whole process really straightforward which was very appreciated. He seemed very genuine and spoke of his own experiences buying in the area which was incredibly useful. If I ever sell, I will be going to Lawson Rose, highly recommend!

Having moved house 6 times in the last 10 years I've dealt with my fair share of estate agents. Some have been terrible, some OK but Lawson Rose stand miles ahead of anyone. Quite simply, they have been amazing. When Liam came to value my property he explained the market conditions, brought some examples of similar local properties he sold and explained why he thought mine differed in value from those & others on the market in the area. He certainly knew his stuff. There was no pressure and I got the impression that the customer was very important to both the company & him, not just getting properties on the books. I didn't put my property on the market immediately but emailed back a few months later to do so at which point Liam came out again and went through everything, took loads of photos and had my flat on the market within hours. Luckily it sold quickly for the full asking price, thanks to Liam working late one evening and answering the phone outside of normal office hours. Through out the sales process I was kept regularly informed, solicitors were hurried along and issues were sorted without me having to chase them up. I felt that everyone at Lawson Rose knew exactly how my sale was progressing and knew what to do at each point to keep things moving along. Liam always made sure he used the best and quickest way to contact me, phoning when he knew I wasn't at work and emailing when he knew I was but needed to get in contact. The whole team were really friendly and would remember little things that were also happening - such as asking how my parent's patio was progressing. All in all, I would highly recommend Lawson Rose, for my move they have been amazing & they really do put their clients first.

From the moment we called and enlisted their services, Chris and Liam were friendly, professional and courteous. They kept us up to speed with our viewings and peoples feedback and when the sale was agreed they then helped to keep the chain moving in a timely fashion so that we achieved the move date. Throughout the process we were made to feel that no request or question was too much trouble and they always responded promptly to ensure we were put at ease throughout.
