GoogleExcellent service from Lawson Rose. My fiance and I had a few viewings with them before offering on our new home. Dan was very polite and showed us around without pressure and Kirsty in particular was very helpful. The pictures they take are very good but also representative of the actual house and the video tour was brilliant. We look forward to moving into our new home and thank you for all your help!

FacebookI sold my property in December 2020, this is the second time I’ve sold with Lawson Rose in the last 18 months. Steve was so professional, knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. Calling me with updates on more than one occasion on his day off, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Lawson Rose have been so professional, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleHad an offer excepted on a house subject to getting a mortage in principle, received the mortgage in principle at 10.00 am had representative phone through to cancel a future viewing at 11.30am was told by an employee of Lawson rose that the viewing would be cancelled, guess what it WASNT. no transparency at all couldn’t even be bothered to call me to let me know in good time. won’t be using again just feel lied to and used to manipulate a bidding war, understand the ethos of getting the best price for the vendor but done in a very unprofessional and untasteful wayNegativeProfessionalism
Dear Mr Carter, Apologise for the delayed response. Thank you for your google review. We really appreciate reviews whether they be good, bad or indifferent. They help us grow as a company and help make us more adaptable to situations that may arise in the future. Thank you. With respect to your dealings on the property you were interested in, we would like to respond as follows;- Unfortunately your offer was not fully agreed at the time as you would have received this confirmation verbally and in writing from Lawson Rose. However, after discussing your position with our clients you were informed by us that you had reached and acceptable level from a monetary point of view and once your financial information is in order we would then be in a position to move this from “acceptable level” to “offer acceptance”. We then made you aware of other viewings booked on the property. In this time frame, two viewings were booked on the property, which we have a duty to consider and complete on behalf of our client. The mortgage adviser we kindly put you in contact with called our office and spoke to a member of the team to see about cancelling the viewings, regrettably, there was not enough time between receiving this phone call and being able to cancel appointments on our clients property. We were transparent with you regarding the situation which we have stated to you on the telephone and in writing. During the course of these negotiations we did not manipulate you with regards to the your offer or lie about the situation you were involved in. We even offered you an opportunity to increase your offer as you were told you were not the highest bidder for the property which you decided to decline. We are disappointed that you were unsuccessful on this occasion and we would welcome you back to view future properties via Lawson Rose if we get instructed on a property that is of interest to you. GoogleLawson Rose - What an estate agency - professional from start to finish. If you are in the catchment area do not hesitate to get Lawson Rose signed up. Throughout the process of selling my house, I did not have to worry about any issues. The listing looked great and the property sold within 7 days at the asking price. When this fell through they arranged viewings and sold it again within the week. They aided the new buyer to obtain the previous searches and pushed the sale through in virtually the same time it wold have taken to sell once! Emma Restall, has to get a special mention as she was a real rock and sorted out the final contractual details and continued to make the process smooth right until the end. GoogleI really don't understand why Lawson Rose offered to sell my property. Unfortunately they have wasted a lot a my time. 2 stars is a generous score, which the owners of the company should be grateful to Emma for, as she would appear to be the only person in the company who cares. I find it concerning that an estate agent doesn't answer their phone and doesn't communicate with their vendors. This is basically an unacceptable standard.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Mr Biddle, Thank you for your review, we appreciate the time you have taken out of your day to write about our company and moving forward we will be using your review to improve on these areas in our business. We would like to thank you for mentioning our sales progressor Emma, who, throughout the lockdown kept in contact with you periodically as part of our welfare calls to all vendors. This meant you had regular contact and were kept informed of our latest actions which were obviously halted due to us adhering to government guidelines over the COVID-19 pandemic. Since returning to work, the market has been a very busy and active place to work in, with a very high volume of calls being received and appointments being made but we are understandably regretful that interest on your property was not created during this time and thus leading to a termination of our contract which we agreed to with immediate effect at no penalty from a time or financial aspect. These are very challenging and uncertain times we have been thrusted into as a nation and we are doing our upmost with reduced staff to ensure an excellent level of service to all our clients and customers. We are also aware that you were unhappy with the process of the balcony hoarding you requested and again, due to the lockdown the company we sub contracted like ourselves were unable to complete this task from a safety of staff point of view. We have absorbed this and will move forward. In conclusion, we are very apologetic that you felt this way and will use this experience to develop our business and ensure future clients are left feeling our responsiveness and professionalism are at the highest possible standard. GoogleMore than happy with Lawson Rose service, i particular our agent Liam, who was understanding and very honest. He worked hard for us and always done his best to stay in touch. When I forst put in enquiry in online, within 10 minutes I received a phone call regarding certain properties. Ever since then it was an amazing service Liam provided us with. GoogleLawson Rose have been more diligent than I could have wished for. The sale of my property fell through twice, due to complications out of their control, and on both occasions they found me a new buyer within two weeks- once the following day. I have never needed to make a call to them to chase the progress of the sale as one of the team called regularly with updates before I even knew I needed them. They were a great link between all involved parties and, because I work full time, it made it a much easier process for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

My solicitor withdrew a few days before completion and Lawson rose had found me a new one the same afternoon which only delayed things by a few days.
