FacebookWe recently used Lawson Rose to sell our Southsea house and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. We've used a few estate agents in our time and Lawson Rose were definitely the best by far. The sign up process was very efficient, they got prospective buyers through the door very quickly and we were sold before we knew it. Emma was there for us to progress things as we moved through the conveyancing, and went above and beyond when things got a bit tricky near the end! We'd definitely recommend Lawson Rose if you're buying or selling in the area. Thanks so much again!!

FacebookLawson Rose were professional, efficient and had a great eye for detail in all aspects of the house sale. From the first meeting with Liam, who fully understood what my aims were, to superb photography by Daniel, followed by timely house viewings and sales with Ryan and Steve. Each individual came together as part of a strong team to make the process easy to follow and to allow the house to achieve its full potential. However, special mention has to go to Emma, who is diligent, patient, hugely knowledgeable and ensures that everything possible is done to maintain a smooth process. Emma carries this out with a good dose of humour, excellent relationship management (seller/buyer/solicitors) and an unflappable commitment to the end goal. Lawson Rose know the fabulous area of Southsea really well and I strongly believe they are the best choice and a safe pair of hands, whether you are selling or buying.
