Lawson Rose have been absolute phenomenal from start to finish. They really are a well run business, with attentive and caring staff. At the point of instruction, their marketing and correspondence was superb. Feedback on viewings even better, and quick to tie up a sale for me. When it was sale agreed, Emma Restall was absolutely incredible. I didnt have the "smoothest" of sales, as my buyer had a small amount of difficulty with their solicitors and mortgage. I choose Lawson Rose because I wanted to use a local business. From start to finish they were very professional and talked me through each step of the process, I sold a family members property which was going through probate. Steve and all the staff that I spoke to were very respectful. We used Lawson Rose for the sale of our house, and they were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Chris Bull was particularly helpful at times when our sale got complicated or when we needed advice, regularly making or taking calls outside of working hours. Price wise, they probably aren't the cheapest (although still very competitive) - but I've found if things get difficult (which they inevitably do to some extent when selling property), they really earn that money in comparison to cheaper estate agents. So I would happily pay what, in the grand scheme of things, is only very marginally more than other agents fees, as they always go the extra mile and provide a top service. Thanks guys.

Throughout the process Lawson Rose have been brilliant. Liam was excellent as my main point of contact, although the rest of the team was always very helpful when needed. The whole experience from the initial valuation to completion was outstanding. The professional approach and friendly ethos really drew us in and we are thrilled with the choice we made. As with most estate agents, the customer service up until we sold was great, what really stands these guys apart from the rest is the after care and consistent communication and updates. We knew what was happening every step of the way and Liam was superb when chasing up any issues that presented themselves.
