They have been available to me even out of work hours (Rachel is an absolute star) and so helpful in the sale of my house as well as finding new home and guiding me through the whole process. GoogleWe recently purchased a chain free property through Flexi-Agent and found the total experience frustrating. Incorrect measurement and descriptions were also very annoying when one was travelling 240 miles for viewing the properties. Whenever we phoned to speak to the Head of Sales, Zoe. Zoe was always on the other phone , in a meeting or training. Very hard to communicate with on the phone, though Zoe did ring back eventually. We nearly pulled out of the sale towards the end as it seemed that there was complete lack of urgency by Zoe for not chasing up to speed up the sale of an empty property. Mariyah and Dan was always polite, friendly and professional during our brief telephone conversations. Highly would not recommend.

GoogleWhilst the brightest teeth on the planet ( they will be visible from space I think!). Goes to Jack… Dan also did a sterling job arranging viewings and keeping me informed and normally after sale agreed you don’t hear much… Zoe was all over this to get it over the finish line so - Start to finish Flexi Agent in Southport did an amazing job… incredibly professional but also approachable helpful and knowledgeable - great team effort - thankyou guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

TrustpilotAbsolutely fabulous estate agent!
Absolutely fabulous estate agent. I was not their client.. I stupidly opted for purple bricks and my seller used flexi agent. Jacquie helped me to no end with a very difficult downward chain, supporting us all to get updates as the solicitors at the bottom of the chain were non communicative and borderline incompetent. Without Jacquie, I think I would have lost my sanity and my dream forever home. I am grateful to no end for all the support, advice and hard work put in for me even though I was not the client. Thank you so much Jacquie and team, you are stars!

GoogleAll of the people I’ve dealt with at Flexi Agent have been extremely friendly and eager to help. When my husband and I sat down with Ryan to discuss our home search, he was very warm and welcoming, and his communications since then have been excellent. We haven’t found the right house for us yet, but Flexi Agent has some great listings and with Ryan’s help, I’m sure we will!

GoogleMariyah has been really helpful in our dealings with her. She went out of her way working through the evening in order to help us agree a price with the vendor. She has been quick to respond to our emails and phone calls and was very understanding of the situation we were in and did everything she could to make the negotiations as quick and smooth as possible. Thank you!
