Flexi-Agent Southport reviews

I’ve worked with this agency to purchase and rent a property out. Both sides of the team are efficient, professional and go above and beyond for their clients. Any teething problems that I had, the team resolved quickly. Professionalism within this agency runs from the directors to the viewers. Special mention to Amy from lettings, who worked closely with me and responded promptly to all of my questions and offered local market knowledge to help me make the right decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agency again in the future.

We would like to give a hats off to Mariyah from flexi agent southport, from initial enquiry of a property we so wanted to see and booking us in for a viewing of the property. The property exceeded are expectations and more we felt we had found are forever home.we put an offer in it was sadly for us declined. We put another offer that was declined to. Oh well we said never mind there will be another round the corner waiting for us.Then one mid morning we got a lovely surprise phone call from mariyah, Hi Di got some good news for you I said have you found the vendor of full wood avenue no even better, you know the bungalow you first liked I said yes she said are you still interested in it, before we put it back on the market would you like us to put another offer in so we did and it was accepted. We were so delighted we wanted to get down to flexi agent and give her the biggest hug ever. It was the best news we had in years after what we have been through health wise.Which is why we want to thank each and everyone from flexi Southport for making this happen, most importantly Mariyah. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending flexi agent to anyone looking for a good professional estate agents.keep up the good work guys it will pay off in the end.Di and Russ Morton.

Kalim came to value our property and arranged all the photos which were all done the following day as we were going away ,it was just before the bank holiday weekend, we couldn't believe how quickly he managed to get everything set up in such a short amount of time, we found him very friendly and efficient and we didn't feel pressured in any way and he took the time to listen to all our questions , we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend flexi agents in the future
