GoogleAppalling service from a pushy estate agent that doesn't value its customers. Steer clear, plenty of other estate agents in Southport. Who has ever heard of an estate agent telling people not to view a perfectly good property!
Agent replied · 8 June 2023
Hi Alison, thanks for the review. We pride ourselves in exceptional service and are a reputable market leading business in this area. Sorry you feel the way you do, however we haven't pushed you as a client - all we have done is given you our professional opinion on a buyers capability to buy your property. The buyer has confirmed they cannot meet the price you are willing to sell for, therefore we have recommended for the viewing not to go ahead, especially during COVID-19. We have a social responsibility to protect our customers and act in your best interests at all times. Regards, Flexi-Agent

GoogleThey have been working hard to sell my property and getting the right price for us. Constantly keeping us up-to-date with all the preceding developments along the way, very easy to communicate with and doing as much as they can to make the sale goes forward

GoogleI used Flexi Agent Lettings to rent out a property I had purchased through them. Professional service and excellent communication at all times from Amy. Found a tenant quickly and took care of everything, even achieving a slightly higher rental figure than I expected. I will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotWant to sell your home?
If you want to sell your home then use Flexiagent. The whole team are on the ball and pursue all leads, phoning viewers immediately for feedback and hence getting offers from interested parties. I've used other agents in the past that are too complacent. This team are driven: Jack and Andrea, the partners, are great to deal with; our negotiator Emma did a wonderful job for us and sealed a deal. Thanks guys.

TrustpilotWe can't thank Flexi Agent enough
We can't thank Flexi Agent enough, we had our property up with two other well known estate agents for over a year!...with not even an offer...I heard Flexi Agent are selling more than anyone else, so we decided to try them...it was up for 5 days, we SOLD our property on the first days of viewings! AND we got ABOVE our asking price,...This company is literally the best..Thank you 😊

GoogleAndrea & Jack have been extremely supportive and amazing throughout what is known as a very stressful life experience. They made selling my old house and finding my new home one of the most stress free experiences. Great value and would absolutely recommend flexi agent to anyone Looking for an estate agent to either sell their home or find their next home.

TrustpilotIf you want a great selling experience choose Flexi
Quite clearly the very best agent in the Southport market! They have a very innovative approach to marketing that simply works like a dream - my house was sold within 8 hours of going live on Rightmove for the price they suggested it would achieve. Moreover, the owners Andrea and Jack are great to work with and are supported by a knock out office team. If you’re selling in Southport list with them!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
