We can't thank Flexi Agent enough, we had our property up with two other well known estate agents for over a year!...with not even an offer...I heard Flexi Agent are selling more than anyone else, so we decided to try them...it was up for 5 days, we SOLD our property on the first days of viewings! AND we got ABOVE our asking price,...This company is literally the best..Thank you 😊

Quite clearly the very best agent in the Southport market! They have a very innovative approach to marketing that simply works like a dream - my house was sold within 8 hours of going live on Rightmove for the price they suggested it would achieve. Moreover, the owners Andrea and Jack are great to work with and are supported by a knock out office team. If you’re selling in Southport list with them!

They very quickly found us a buyer when our property was first listed and, although our sale was delayed by COVID restrictions, Andrea worked tirelessly to communicate up and down the chain and ensure that the sale still went ahead. Came round to appraise house very quickly. Was marketed the same day. Lots of viewings and was under offer within a week. Can’t ask for more than that. Particularly like the fact you can use text messages so no phone tennis. Makes life much easier. Beth in particular has been very helpful amd I would recommend flexi-agent if you’re thinking of selling. Or buying for that matter.

They managed to get 16 viewers to view on one day and we sold the next day. They were very helpful and responsive to our requests, putting up drone photos to showcase the position of our property when asked. It is great that they are open 7 days a week. Every time I have phoned them they have picked up immediately and been really helpful.
