We are buying a bungalow and Flexi-Agent is the selling agent. We have had contact with both Jack who took us around the property and subsequently have had lots of contact with Andrea during the offer and purchase process. We have to say we are very impressed with the service. They are extremely helpful, have gone above and beyond what we would expect. What a pleasure doing business with them. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Excellent.

We first heard about flexi- agent from the amount of signs going up in our area and how quickly they were selling. We contacted them late at night and got a phone call soon after off Jack. He sounded so positive, friendly and professional so a valuation was arranged. We were nervous with it being our first house sale but straight from the off he answered all questioned, talked us through the process and made us feel at ease. The value is incredible and the service you get is much more than expected. He arranged on open day for us, getting 26 viewings which led to a number of incredible offers much above the expected price. He communicated to us every step of the way at all different times which suited us working throughout the day. I would highly recommend flexi-agent to anybody. They are by far the best estate agents within Southport and we are so glad we went with them.

Having been on the market for 3 months with 2 different well established estate agents and no sale, we had contact from Jack at flexi agent. At first we were dubious about going with a company we had not heard of before, however following further disappointing viewings and no offers we decided to make the leap, and what a fantastic decision to make! Within 48 hours Jack had been round to do photographs, gave excellent advice to myself and got us on the market. 1 hour later we had a couple of viewings and within 4 days we accepted an offer! Jack at flexi agent is friendly, incredibly professional and knowledgable. The company is open for much longer hours than other estate agents and they are so much easier to contact! Dealing with just one person to come and do photographs, do viewings and answering our calls gave a consistency which I feel contributed to our very quick sale. We were sick of doing our own viewings as buyers want evening and weekends which is the time that the estate agents is shut. Jack did our viewings for us at the weekend and he works late in the evening to ensure things are done promptly. He has even offered advice on putting in an offer on our next house, which I feel goes absolutely above and beyond his job role. I cannot recommend this company enough and my only regret is not using them sooner! I will be recommending to all our family and friends and I would never use another estate agent!

Although only recently established the talented directors of Flexi-Agent have made a significant impact in the estate agency market.Andrea and Jacks Insistence on providing a very personal, customer focussed but relaxed service is a a refreshing and welcome approach to buying and selling homes. Their services both nurtured and re-assured us in what can be a stressful time. No question was ever too trivial and we were never rushed, we received continuous and timely feedback through the process. Our home was sold very quickly and the entire process dealt with a sensitivity and thoroughness unique, in our experience, in their profession. Why can't all estate agents be this efficient and effective?!

Andrea and Jack are personal and professional they are constantly there if needed , so happy with the service they provide we cannot recommend them enough. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about each property. We didn't feel like she was pushy at all, like some others where there just trying to make a sale.
