We’re buying our first home via Flexi Agent, having looked at a number of properties with other southport agents, they are by far superior. Sophie Sutton (Branch manager) has been amazing throughout, keeping us on the loop with progress at every stage. They are always contactable and more than happy to help & go above and beyond what is expected. They are transparent and honest and have put us at ease throughout. Would recommend to all! 5* for sure :-)

When I decided to market my house I gave much thought in who to use. After doing my research I decided Flexi Agent were the best at not only selling quickly in the area but also finding the right buyer and being able to achieve the optimum price in the current market. From the valuation with Chloe to finding the buyer with Sophie the whole process took 1 week. Excellent, professional service and would definitely use again.

I sold a property late last year with Flexi-Agent (offer accepted beyond all my expectations within 24 hours of it being put online) and am now in the process of purchasing one which they have marketed. Having dealt with every member of their team - Jack, Andrea, Harriett Wilson, Sophie Sutton, and all the others, I can say they are professional at all levels. I've dealt with every other agency in Southport in the last few months trying to find the right house and, hand on heart, can say that the other agencies cannot match Flexi-Agent's commitment to clients whether they are a seller or a buyer. Yes, they do take and make calls, follow up on emails and text messages late into the evening! Would you really want to use an estate agent to sell your house who won't take a call after 5pm or won't do a viewing at a weekend). Flexi-Agent's sheer hard work, late hours, dedication and enthusiasm shine through and that's why you can see so many of their sold boards around Southport.

Purchased and sold a property with Flexi Agent. Fantastic Estate Agents. Highly professional staff who clearly know what they are talking about. Seem to be ahead of the game when it comes to selling houses in Southport. Other estate agents seem to be stuck in the dark ages when it comes pricing and selling a house, ie psychological pricing at £***,995. Flexi Agents approach works. If you don’t believe me, just take a trip around town and look at the number of boards they have up! Thanks for everything, I know where we’ll be going when it comes to our next step on the property ladder!

GoogleCommunication none exsistant. Took over 6 months to complete my sale and if it wasnt for me ringing them every other week to see what's going on then I'd still be waiting to sell now! All I ever heard from them is they are chasing things up and they will get back to me and 9 times out of 10 I never heard of them. They arnt even a cheap agent!

Can’t thank Flexi enough they have sold my house in under 24 hours and got me the best price possible on my further home. Andrea has worked her magic and managed to seal the deal at 7:30 on a Friday night. That’s one of the best things about Flexi the opening hours you can get hold of them up to 10pm which when you find the house you want is perfect. Thanks again to Andrea and the rest of the team for working non stop

Not a great experience- customer service isn’t great. They undervalue properties to get maximum views for the homes they are selling ,then invite customers registered with them to view homes first. I was rejected to even view a couple of homes, that I would have paid more for the actual sale price. Many May be happy with them but I wouldn’t use them if I was selling or purchasing

Flexi agent provided a professional and friendly service from start to finish. Emma especially was helpful and always followed up on feedback and communicated with us at every instance. The whole team encouraged and found many viewings for our property. They were available from early mornings until late to book appointments and provide help and feedback. So glad we went with them wouldn't go with anyone else now. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent and who wants to sell their property quickly.
