GoogleGill from Flexi Agent who showed us around the property yesterday was really good, really friendly, probably best viewing experience we have ever had! Giving advices not like the usual when you ask some information they always say:" I don't know, just for the viewing. " If we ever view any properties again, we will only request for Gill, 5 stars experience. Really happy with Gill. Thank you so much

Really great experience buying through Flexi-Agent. Have viewed a few properties with them before finding the one we wanted and found they have always responded quickly to get us booked in, and upon offering on the property we wanted they were quick to get everything confirmed so we could relax. Emma has especially helped us when we have been on the hunt and offered to help where she could which we really appreciated. Its nice to buy through an agent with such nice staff.

TrustpilotFantastic service all round!
I have worked with Flexi Agent as both a buyer and a vendor. They have acted for me on multiple property sales and I could not recommend them highly enough. They were proactive and professional and helped me achieve sales prices I was extremely happy with. As a buyer, I found them diligent and efficient, as well as extremely patient with my numerous viewing requests! On acceptance of my offer they kept me informed every step of the way!

TrustpilotAmazing service
Amazing service, property was put onto major sites quickly, the pictures were taken very professionally and were done so promptly. Penny at Flexi-Agent has been available on the phone or via email and messager whenever I have needed to ask any questions or get any new information and has responded within an hour or less each time I have left messages etc. I would definitely recommend, our property was sold in days of Flexi-Agent putting it up on rightmove. They get people to come and view the property and are an honest and trustworthy provider.

TrustpilotThe new way to sell a house
We initially marketed through a traditional high street agent but received little interest. After 100 days we decided to change agents. We were a bit sceptical about using an internet-only agent but we had noticed FlexiAgent signs popping up in the local area and had met Jack when we viewed a property we were interested in. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge, enthusiasm and boundless energy. We invited FlexiAgent round to propose their marketing strategy. We liked what we heard so we served notice on the old agent and soon after the viewing appointments came in. Unlike our previous agent, we found Jack and Andrea gave excellent communication, worked incredibly hard (how many high street agents work ‘til 10pm and answer the phone on Sundays?) and really pulled out all the stops to sell our house, the photos were better, the write-up was better, the prospects were serious buyers not just browsers. Within a month we had an acceptable offer with two other hopeful families in reserve. Plus the agent fees were less than the high street agent. We don’t often write reviews but wanted to shout out our praise for the FlexiAgent team, well done Jack and Andrea, just incredible!

TrustpilotAmazing from start to finish
Wow what an amazing experience we had. Jack from flexi agent came to give us an evaluation at half 9 in the morning and sold our house the same day at 6:30pm. He was professional from the start to finish and was very helpful with any questions we had and offered his advice when we needed it. I can’t thank Flexi Agent enough for everything they did on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. C&P Tasker

I can only agree with all previous comments. Always on call nothing to much trouble - totally proffesional & yet approachable. Loved fact house photos were honest instead of exaggerated. So many out there making property to look twice size espeshally gardens & such disappointment on viewing. Jacks photography was just good photos clarifying the layout throughout including landing which very helpful to the viewer. Can give them nothing but praise. Buy & sell with these people with complete confidence. What more can I say first rate. Mine sold on first viewing and within week

TrustpilotExcellent service, definitely recommend.
Excellent service, definitely recommend.Decided to use Flexi-Agent after seeing lots of properties going up for sale with them and selling quickly. This wasn’t the only factor in our decision. The fact that they are available outside normal hours and seven days a week when other agents are closed was also important. We have found them to be excellent all round. They provide a friendly, professional service. Questions and concerns are dealt with and answered immediately. Andrea and Jack are competent and supportive and you really feel that they are doing there absolute best for you at all times. Thank you.

TrustpilotExcellent customer service
We highly recommend Flexi Agent. From the first phone call with Jack We knew We were going to use them to sell our property. Jack came to value the property with all research done on the sales of other similar properties in the area. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. He took all the photographs which were excellent. Charging a fixed price for selling was also very attractive to us. The property was put on the market that evening, by the following evening we had accepted an offer. Emails to and from Andrea regarding the sale were always prompt and informative. They are both working very hard to build their business they are highly motivated and committed, working long hours. We wish them every success. Thank you
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
