TrustpilotWOW, SUPER EFFICIENT SERVICE
WOW. Really impressed with how very efficient Flexi-Agent are. I'm looking to buy a house and I've had several viewings with lots of different estate agents, but Flexi really stand out. I've just been to view a property (at 630pm) and I called their office to leave a message and someone actually answered. I had a few queries about the property and within minutes a very helpful Lucy called me back and answered everything. I don't know of any other estate agents that would do that so late. This is just one example of their efficient service. I highly recommend them.

TrustpilotOnly company that proactively helped us
We have recently sold our house and due to the current climate really struggled to find a new house. We saw a house on Rightmove that we liked and contacted the estate agent (Flexi-move). We spoke to a really helpful lady called Chloe in their Southport office. She organised a viewing but also proactively helped us to find other properties within our budget. We purchased a property through Flexi-agent and were so pleased with the service that we received. I really felt they went the extra mile. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you Flexi-agent.

GoogleFlexi Agent were very helpful throughout whole process of us buying our first house right up to our collecting of the keys. Our sales progression contact Jacquie looked after all our queries very quickly, regarding all the surveys and required interactions with the vendor, and other team members picked up emails quickly when she was on leave.

GoogleGreat communication. Advice given on first meeting was absolutely spot on. House sale agreed within a week of going to market and at the upper end of the hoped for price. Great job done.

TrustpilotGreat Estate Agent
Great Estate Agent. I’ve recently bought my first home through FlexiAgent and I thought they were fantastic. We paid a price that the property was worth to us, which was dealt with by Flexi quickly and speedily and from when I viewed to when I offered, I even received a call from the owner of the business late at night telling me my offer had been accepted! They held my hand throughout the process, Jacquie in the office was fantastic as well as their team of sales progressors. They hurried the solicitors along quickly so that we could complete and save money on the stamp duty. Thank you everyone at FlexiAgent, you guys are ace!

TrustpilotFlexi-agent were a mixed bag
Flexi-agent were excellent at marketing the property and dealing with viewings. So selling the property they were very good. However after the property had a buyer I felt that they did not perform well at keeping me informed nor with dealing with lack of progress. I felt that they were on the "buyer's side" but did not support me, the person paying their fee. Having previously had an excellent estate agent in Axminster who went the extra mile to sort out problems, Flexi-agent did not perform as well. Andrea discounted my criticisms when I tried to raise them with her, blaming my solicitor instead. Disappointing service.

TrustpilotI put my house on the market with…
I put my house on the market with Sophie at flexi- Agent after being let down with the service we were getting from another estate agents. The property was listed so promptly that we accepted an offer within a day and then the help Sophie gave us in then securing another property for us to buy was amazing she went above and beyond for us to be able to get the property we are now moving to! The updates throughout the process and the extra mile she went to was like no other estate agent I’ve dealt with. Would recommend to anybody wanting to buy/sell.

GoogleI am really impressed with Flexi-Agent so far. The business appears to have efficient systems in place and Dan and Mariyah are in regular contact with me with updates and viewers feedback. I am not surprised they are the market leaders in the local area. I can recommend without hesitation and will definitely use them again.
