GoogleWe had a viewing at a property today conducted by Jill from Flexi-Agent who was lovely and personable. They managed to book our viewing last minute to make sure we didn't miss out on the opportunity to see the house which was greatly appreciated. Jill shared some great insight into purchasing a new house and told us she would bear us in mind if any properties which met our criteria became available in the future which was really thoughtful! Thank you!

GoogleWe were greeted by a smiling Pete and shown around the property, we were not rushed and felt at ease straight away. Shortly after viewing we were contacted by Rachel who explained the our next steps should we wish to make an offer. We made our offer and nervously waited for a reply which we thought would come the next day. However at 5.50pm Rachel called us on her way home to congratulate us on our offer being accepted. Although we are only acting for my elderly Mum, the quick response enabled her to stop worrying as she was finding looking for her new home very stressful. Thanks again Rachel for your Exceptional service and customer care even outside normal office hours.
