GoogleWe bought our house via Flexi agent and would definitely consider them when we move house. While they negotiated hard and I think we may have overpaid for the house, they were always available and very responsive which meant the purchase did go through despite some last minute hurdles. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an agent in Southport

Flexi- Agent provide an extremely good service. Specifically, Andrea Clarke, who is very professional and dedicated to her work. Her communication is outstanding, offering clear and comprehensive information as you need it. It is also never a problem to get hold of her either! Many other estate agents should take a leaf out of Flexi Agentβs book - they could learn a thing or two! I, 100% would recommend Flexi Agent to anyone.

We have bought our new home and sold our existing one through Flexi-Agent. They gave us an excellent professional and personal service both times and we have already recommended them to several of our friends looking to put their homes on the market. When buying our new home our offer was accepted by the vendor late on a Saturday evening - what other estate agent could provide that sort of service.

Flexi Agent took photographs and advertised our property on Thursday and by Friday they had found a buyer and sold the property. A truly outstanding service from their employees who were very professional. Having tried unsuccessfully to sell the property with other estate agents, we are truly impressed with Flexi Agentsβ performance. They really do get on and do the job. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotGreat Communication
We are currently going through the process of purchasing a property through Flexi Agent. On the initial viewing Rachel allowed us the time and space (due to social distancing) to look around the property at ease, we did not feel rushed or pressured during this process. Rachel has kept open a good line of communication, therefore we would highly recommend Flexi Agent for buyers as well as sellers,
