GoogleNorthwood agency has been looking after my properties for almost 10years now i couldnt ask for a better letting agent. They are very nice, professional, and kept me informed with everything. They monitor and have regular visit to the properties and never had trouble tenants from them. What I love most is their property maintenance work. They sort out things so quickly without ripping you off. They are the best!

GoogleDelighted to share my recent experience with Northwood Lettings incredible turnaround from initial consultation to tenant moving in. House purchase completed on November 30th, appointment with Rebecca BP on Wednesday 5th December completed forms tenant found within days, and took keys December 11th. Rebecca & Gary extremely knowledgeable about the lettings process , legislation. etc. Good understanding of local market and keen to match clients with suitable candidates. Overall first class service highly recommend.

Direct reviewsI have recently completed on the sale of a property in Southport through Northwood Southport. I anticipated a long drawn-out procedure but was thankfully wrong. Tom at Northwood handled the sale personally from start to finish. He was completely professional in every way, always returned telephone calls, handled minor complication with grace and good humour and gave me complete confidence in the sales process. I would recommend Northwood Southport to anybody wanted a stress-free sale of their property.

Helped to find me a new home when my last tenancy ended, Rebecca really went above and beyond. Olivia and Sam in the office are always exceptionally helpful with issues, information and maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleVery unprofessional and unreliable. They did not turn up to a viewing despite myself and my partner showing up on time. We had no contact from them or anything. I do not recommend these at all.

Direct reviewsIt is expected that estate agents should act professionally from start to finish when they are instructed to sell your house for you. To write a review on them doing their jobs ???as expected??? would just be silly. There are two kinds of reviews, both of which should include something exceptional where one is that you???d not mind repeating the same and the other would mean that you are out of your mind to allow it to happen again or wish anyone else endure the experience. Tom and Anita run the Southport Branch of Northwood. They sold our house and the transaction was a great deal, not just for me, but for the buyer also. We felt right. It takes exceptional skills to identify the needs of both the seller and the buyer and with any enormous decision such as selling my house, I wanted good feelings after making it and I got that. Appreciate your good work.
