Direct reviewsNorthwood recently acted on behalf of the vendor when I bought a house in Crossens and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them. Anita and Tom are both very professional and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. We encountered a lot of delays and issues getting to completion but they both dealt with them quickly and patiently and were very responsive to emails.

Direct reviewsYou valued my property, conducted some viewings and we agreed on a sale price in August 2022. I didn't hear a peep from you until the completion date in February 2023, presumably because you wanted paying your ??2,400, which incidentally was more than my solicitor's costs. I would have thought you would have chased solicitors etc but you didn't.
