If you are looking for a professional, caring, hard-working, attentive, competitively-priced letting agent that demonstrates wonderful customer service, then I can highly recommend Northwood. We have regular contact with Samantha at the Southport branch and she is ‘superb’. She communicates really well and does what she says she is going to do. If, for whatever reason, there is going to be a delay over anything then she keeps us in the loop, either by email or by picking up the phone. We really value this and it adds to an excellent working relationship. Samantha has access to some great contractors and for this we know that our property is in good hands. Excellent service from start to finish. The main thing was that they responded quickly to any email I sent them whenever I had a question. I was always kept in the loop and this was the most important thing for me. The sale process was great because of their efficiency. I also opted to use their recommended solicitor Napthens who were also fantastic. Extremely happy with the whole process, can't actually believe how well it went! Thanks especially to Rheanne who was very helpful along the way, I appreciate everything you did to help, and for your care and understanding.

Northwood valued my property more to what I expected it to be compared to a couple of competitors. From the start Rheanne was on the case liaising with me and the buyers. This sale had problem buyer problems, indemnity???s, solicitor issues, legal issues, moral issues and still Northwood managed to get this sale over the line. I must say without the help of Kelly at Napthen???s it might not have completed so thank you Kellywho I would also recommend.

From the reviews I can see that the agency is giving priority to only selling but not renting a property. Because I had a bad experience, from several weeks I am looking for a rental house ,multiple phone calls and mail's done. "Viewing is fully booked" otherwise "we will check and contact back" that's the answer I got from them. The most important thing is that today only they notified me, as my partner is not with me so that they "can't give me rental house at all". Anyway thank you atleast letting me know this now ,Because my family is awaiting for me in my native.

Consistently brilliant service !! I am a Landlord whom has used Northwood (Southport & Ormskirk) branch now for 4 years and have recently arranged a further year extension to my contract. Throughout this period i have found all the employees i have have interfaced with in this branch to be courteous, professional and trustworthy, (inc Natalie, Gary, Rebecca & more). From time to time queries and issues are bound to arise from tenants or landlords, but i have always found this team to apply common sense and fairness to all parties in order to overcome any obstacles. I am certain all my past tenants would agree. Combined with efficiency and integrity they are certainly a great asset and advert for the Northwood franchise. Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years myself, I am comfortable in calling out 'poor service', but also believe in recognising 'great service' which is what this whole team have consistently provided. I would thoroughly recommend Northwood to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property with them. Tom and Anita and the team were excellent in sorting out the problems I was having with my very slow Conveyancers when I was purchasing my Apartment through Northwood. They where always there for me and where patient with helpful answers to my many questions, when even my own Conveyancers wouldn't get back to me via email or phone call!! So I would ring Tom or Anita to help me as my stress levels where going through the roof!! with answers to my questions even though they where the Estate Agent I purchased my new property through. Both Anita &Tom at Northwoods Southport did a tremendous job for myself and my wife when we used them to sell our property.
