GoogleCalled several times to discuss apartments to rent and felt like i wasnt being treated like i wasnt a serious applicant. I emailed jamall to discuss lettings and never even recieved a response. Its put me off looking at any properties through northwood which is a shame as they tend to have more light modern looking properties. I am just entering the the property market and northwood was my first interaction with real estate agents and by the end of most of my calls with them i felt ignored and on the verge of tearsNegativeResponsiveness

Anita and Tom are both very professional and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. GoogleAwful. Arranged a let for me, promised that property came with a garage as this was vital to the let. Also said I would be the only person to view, but arranged a viewing with other potential residents, which was awkward to say the least. Did all paperwork and everything went OK. Just a few days before moving in they said that the garage wasn't included and it all fell through. No apology or anything. Luckily rivals Ball & Percival stepped in to find me a great place and fast tracked it so I wasn't homeless.

GoogleI have to give them 5 stars even though its an awful lot of credit to give any organisation isn't it!? I first chose them because the manager Anita impressed me enough to take the chance after incurring a very bad experience with some one else. which cost me a lot of wasted time and money.
And even though one could say. "But aren't they situated almost on the edge of town"!? It doesn't matter, as these days with modern online sales techniques and sales promotions every estate agent has an equal potential and therefore your chances of being successful are just as real as any mayor established competitor close to the town centre, and maybe for half the price! Drive by, and take a look at their window display you maybe impressed!
