Totally unresponsive, I have been trying to contact them for almost 1 year and they either provide a different excuse each time or they don't reply at all unless constantly chased. Terrible service and very high fees for the service they provide.

Despite the glossy brochures, Gateway Ltd fall into the same category as so many other property management companies. Unreliable, unprofessional, lacking in any sense of morality, completely unscrupulous, and happy to intimidate at the drop of a hat.Self Managment really is the only solution

Horrible company. It’s the sort of Management company you hear about on TV programmes. Their only concern is getting money out of you. They gave me false information and avoided doing repairs for years. Get involved with these people at your peril.

Do not use this company. They charge the earth and spend ages sorting the smallest of problems. They do not use local people (always sending extremely expensive contractors to quote, surprise surprise…). Avoid like the plague.
