After a tribunal decision in October 2019 we were awarded a £3,200 refund for being overcharged over a number of years for maintenance that has left a lot to be desired.As of May 2020 we have still not had our cheque that they have said they were sorting out .They seem to be a law unto themselves.

They have done the bare minimum to address any of our property concerns which has compromised the safety of residents and resulted in multiple break-ins as well as significant theft from our building. They then bump up our service charge by 60% and refuse to negotiate. Truely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Half yearly bill increased over 400%. Fabricated charges, made up ground rent, complaints/ emails ignored. We’re living on a new build development where the residents have actually made a Facebook group about Gateway. 9 people have moved out within the first 6 months because of Gateway and their cowboy behaviour.
