Absolutely atrocious company in every conceivable way. My building suffered their pathetic attempts at being a property manager for 2 years before we finally got rid of them. Only interested in taking as much cash from you as possible. If you are considering using their ‘services’ - think again. They are simply the worst company I have ever dealt with and they do not deserve anybody’s business.

Regrettably this company has proved ineffective, uncommunicative and incompetent at doing basic maintenance and resolving snags. The MD and owner of this company is Director of many companies and successfully charges "himself" corporate services which translates eventually into income and profit for himself, and that jack up the cost of service charges that Gateway charges to owners and leaseholders.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with and definitely the worst property management company. They are lazy, have no communication unless to send a bill, expensive and just simply don't do their job. They take fees from owners to pay for management fees but don't provide anything either that they claim to. Avoid at all costs.
