Well.... I don’t know where to start! Agree with all the other reviews! Total lack of customer care. The property Manager who covers south west is more interested in voicing her own opinion that actually helping, such a rude and negative lady and quite frankly don’t understand how she is a manger ? Guess customer service isn’t A quality to have when deploying staff th their business.

Well, just had, or should i say try to have a conversation with the operations at Gateway, I will not name him at present, but if this is how the operations director conducts himself on the phone, shouting and putting the phone down, it really says a lot about how this company is run. If I could post minus 1 star I would.

Gateway are an awful management company. They have hiked charge exponentially with no evidence of costs or invoices. The works are never done or ignored but charged for without any proof.They do not actually respond fully to any emails or phone calls and just brush key concerns/issues ignorantly.They employ bullying and threatening tactics to demand monies.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Shocking property management company, price hikes without providing any services. Lifts are out of order, shutters are out of order, security access points,many more and cleaning is basic.
