An awful company to deal with, very stressful attempting to get any issues resolved as no one wants to deal with you. We only got responses via email, 2 days later. Unhappy with this management company ourselves we researched 'Right to manage', the Right to Manage (RTM) lets some leasehold property owners take over management of the building - even without the agreement of the landlord. Since taking over management we initiated major works to our building the next week, at a much better price than what we were quoted by Gateway. Bearing in mind had Gateway done their jobs properly these major works would never have been so major had they painted the building every few years like they are paid to do so. The building outside had not been touched in easily over a decade so there was a lot of rendering to do.Happy we will never have to deal with this company again. Building looks incredible for it!

I've just had the middle finger from one of their female white van drivers (EX66 FKU) on Bucknells Lane Watford 10:22am 24/05/2021after she drove on my side of the road towards me even though the obstruction was on her side of the road and there was a place for her to pull in. Bullied her way through forcing me out of the way with my one year old in the car!

Never get involved with Gateway Property Management in Southend on Sea! Fences have been down since the recent storm. They will not give me a date for them to be fixed as they are busy. They never respond to email. Always busy when you phone. Never phone back. I finally got hold of someone. I told them it's dangerous as our children have access to the main road. Response "Well you better get more control over your kids hadn't you" - If I could give them 0 stars that's what they would get.

Same as everyone else on here, they took over running our building and promised they would be caring and helpful then we heard nothing from them for 8 months then a service charge amount that was more than double it's normal amount and only 20 days to find an extra £1,000! Absolute cowboys. All this while the country is spiralling out of control due to a virus, when money is at it's more scarce!

Not even worth 1 star!. Only thing they are good for is sending out demands for more and more money.Despite the roads on our estate now being adopted and therefore not under their responsibilty, they still keep increasing annual bills, and then send additioal demands half way through the year. Every time these get higher in cost.For the very few things they might do the standard is dreadful!!Disgraceful company. Daylight robbery!
