Their property team were helpful overall, although the management property pack when I sold the flat cost a staggering £420. The one exception was the 'Senior Client Relationship Manager', who was unresponsive ('I've got 2,000 other properties to manage') and professionally incompetent. He repeatedly provided inaccurate and misleading information, leading me and others to waste amount a huge amount of time and causing me to complain to Gateway's Chief Operating Officer about him.

Mark has gone above and beyond fixing our little communal area after years of neglect and poor service skills by other Gateway personnel, he’s swooped in and started replacing plants that he’s acquired from free listings or repurposed plants from other places. Although, he should really be allowed a budget to buy plants to replace the ones other members of staff have killed or removed. Thank you for all you are doing!

I found each member of staff that I dealt with to be extremely helpful. I needed a Sales Pack quicker than their normal turnaround time which was between 5-10 days and they managed to get the Sales Pack to me within 24 hours. Very impressed. On the plus side you are able to actually speak to a member of staff which is a bonus these days!
