I am pleased to provide feedback regarding my experience of liaising with Gateway Property Management and primarily David W. in the Solicitors Enquiries Department.My interaction related to obtaining a sales pack for a flat I was selling. I emailed the General Team and within a few hours received a detailed and personalised reply to my query from David. I needed to ring regarding payment instructions and was dealt with by a really nice and helpful lady on the phone. I then received an unsolicited email from David saying he had seen the payment and would monitor progress. A day later he emailed to say that the information was on the way to my solicitor.I note several negative reviews of this company but my experience is completely contrary. I received proactive, personalised care and was incredibly impressed.

Sean Scott took my query and although he didn't originally have an answer for me, went away and made enquiries and called me back, as he'd promised and helped resolved my issues. He was incredibly professional and even followed up with an email with more information the next day. Excellent customer service.

Lack of professionalism, awful communication. Travelled into London for a rental viewing and was not told that it was cancelled. Upon calling Katie, she then proceeded to lie to my face about contacting us (no emails, no missed calls).Do not use. Waste of time.
