GoogleAbsolutely rubbish company. Requested to view 3 different properties in the last week, via phone and using Rightmove and their own website. Not heard back once! I then rang to ask to speak to someone, they took my details, and again, never contacted me back (that was a week ago now). How can you trust a company with selling / renting your flat if they can't even answer an email or return a call? Amateurs with zero customer focus. AVOID

GoogleThe worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs. Everything with my sell went wrong and all could have been avoided if people could do their jobs properly.

GoogleI have tried two different times to rent two different properties and on both occasions they responded after days and when I finally got to arrange a viewing they immediately said it was no longer available and already let. I was within the first ones to call and enquire about the properties and after days and days they tell me it's not available anymore. Very poor communication, always had to keep calling the office because the agents didn't respond any text messages, emails or phone calls, and after calling several times to the office (without any response) they say that they are busy, I really don't know for who because they don't take care of their tenants either, not only the enquiries. I am at the stage of seeing a nice property and then praying and hoping it's not managed by their company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We only use them to find the tenants for us and not to run the tenancy, but on the whole they usually provide a good mix of prospective tenants for us to choose from.
