GoogleAfter a very rocky start with the transition taking our old company over the team at Martin and Co have turned the situation around and become completely on the ball. We received updates regularly and also constructive feedback leading to our new tenants moving in and all teething troubles have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Great service! GoogleOur experience with martin and co aouthend has been very positive. The process of letting was straightforward and we were kept in the loop. The only issue I had was trying to get hold people in the lettings department and would get put through to some support team but they passed messages on. Overall it was a pleasant experience (as much as it can be when moving house)

GoogleIf Martin and co team manage your properties, they will drain your blood. Repairs in your house never end, and you end up paying at least 10 times the original cost for a job. I wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy!!!
