GoogleMartin & Co. have been great to deal with in setting up a new tenancy on year ago. I hope to remain in the current property at renewal in three weeks time and have had a good experience in dealings with the Southend office and find the service efficient and professional. Thank you. DMc

GoogleRecently had a fire at my property and was very lost what to do. Martin and co have been absolutely brilliant in helping me every step of the way to support to finding me a nice property for me and my children. They have been so helpful and professional, definitely the best estate agents around. My landlord through them was also amazing in the support and accommodation after the fire. I cannot fault them. TrustpilotVery happy with this agent, they seem to have everything covered.
I have now been using this company for a couple of years, there has been some difficult times but every time they seem to work though any problems to get them sorted. To date I'm very happy with both the staff and the service provided, they do try to go that extra step. Overtime many agents in the area have let me down, I really hope this wont be the case with Martin & co as its in both parties interest to maintain this great relationship.

GoogleI have been with them for nearly 12 years now very bad experience never care for their tenants never fix any issues you report.They only care about the rent money and don’t prioritise the tenants concerns and conditions.Been living in my flat for 12 years no heating has been fixed .The flat has mould especially during this weather.Got 4 kids very hard during this pandemic not easy. They’ve been chasing the electrician for months. The staffs are horrible but my nightmare is Gaynor. Don’t recommend them at all. I’ve given them a 1 star just for Rose. I’ve had very bad experience in the past aswell with a leaking wastage pipe. I could not use the kitchen sink or the washing machine with a new born baby very hard if u ask me. Took them 2 months to sort it out. Had to go to the council to report the issue and they had to deal with them.

My viewing was with Andrew, who was punctual, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Martin & Co to anyone enquiring about properties.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling agents. I have left countless messages to book a viewing and never get a call back. If you want to sell your property, do not use them. Never seen anything like it. If I could give a 0 I would.
