GoogleI have found selling with Martin & Co a good experience so far, all the staff have been so approachable and helpful. After the initial excitement of finding a buyer things usually go very quiet for a while, but with this estate agent I am getting regular updates on progress. Although I always appreciated they didn't stop working once a buyer is found it's very reassuring to be kept up to date with what's happening.

GoogleAvoid. From minute 1 of our tenancy to the very end, the service provided was less than poor. No one even cares either. I dealt with 3-4 members of staff who were all as bad as each other.

GoogleVery good experience and they are real problem solvers for landlords. Gaynor in particular provided diligent service following and helping sort out an issue with an over zealous utilities company. All in all responsive and proactive.

GoogleOnly good for landlords by the sounds of things there OK when taking your money but other than that Martin and co do not care for the welfare of there tenants they think it's perfectly acceptable to leave a women and her 4 year old in a flat with no heating in such serious weather conditions!!! I Do NOT recommend them to anyone
