From getting the tenant out, to making sure we received the monies owed for rent and repairs. She followed everything through to help resolve these issues. GoogleWe have found selling and a buying a property through Martin & Co to be a good and relatively stress free experience and would highly recommend them. They have been very helpful and excellent communicators and also very realistic without all the usual flannel that you get from most other Estate Agencies! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleThey put the tenants from hell in my property, who even had a Rotweiler, which they didn't tell me about. Watch out for their illegal tie-in periods, too. Finally, all Martin and Co agents are independent, so don't expect any help from head office if you run into problems with individual agents. Don't use!

Meant to be moving into a rental in two weeks, money handed over tenant agreement signed, pushed for definite moving date, not called back as promised for several days then told just before closing tonight that the landlord found his own tenant so now have nowhere to live with two kids and pets...
