GoogleThey don't deserve one star because I have lived in my 1 bedroom flat with me and my partner and my 2 and a half year old and 8 months pregnant with my second for a1 year and 8 months with mold and there's nothing they can do

GoogleUtterly useless. Lost keys, fail to do basic repairs, didn't know the correct electric or gas supply - I ended up on the phone for 4 hours with various companies trying to establish who supplied the flat! We didn't have hot water for a month at one point!
