GoogleLisa from Leaders is the most efficient estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond for I and my partner and we will always recommend working with Lisa. She’s a one in a million. From Andre & Steph

GoogleIt is our First time dealing with Leaders, and after experiencing and dealing with a few other estate agents. Leaders blows every other estate agent out of the game. They are so professional, accommodating and actually want to help you and in any way shape or form that they can. Nothing ever seems to much for them. Any enquiries we have had we have always been able to get straight through to them and they have always helped us straight away and gone above and beyond even with us even down to having to change going to said property at last minute they make the time and make it doable! Mica in particularly has kept us up to date with every little update with the property and process which has been amazing and has just generally been incredible to deal with! Thankyou so much guys to everyone else who has helped also & Thankyou so much Mica. Can’t wait to pick our keys up ☺️!!

GoogleWe were a UK Family returning from a long period living overseas which meant we were unable to tick all of the boxes regarding tenancy. Of all the Estate agents listed locally the only one willing to go all out and help us with accommodation was Leaders, Southend. We have been with them now for over three years and are happy to remain with them. We communicate mostly with Louise at Leaders PMD. Asked would I recommend Leaders Southend…..Indeed I would !PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy experience with leaders was nothing but positive. This was the first time I have ever moved into a property and they helped make everything easy and swift. Micheal our l designated estate agent was incredible helpful and helped us find our first place. He worked extremely hard aswell as the other team members but he really stood out and made sure we were happy in our new place. Even after he gave us a call to see how we were settling in. Over all an incredible experience with them. Thankyou for everything guys.

GoogleStaff at Leaders is very helpful, they keep you posted with each and every update regarding the property. I can not commend less on their turn around time, their responses are very prompt and very clear. Staff at leader is professional and proactive. I particularly like to mention Mica Bailey from their Southend branch, she was very supportive in journey for getting the right house for us. I would like to suggest Leaders to all who are looking to buy or let property.

GoogleLeaders have been managing my property for over two years. I have been very satisfied with their services. They have always been very professional and have acted promptly to all requests.. I mainly deal with Louise at the Southend-on-Sea branch and feel she is a great asset in that branch. She has dealt with all my rental issues and sorted all repairs and tenant problems very efficiently. Off course the other members of the team are also very helpful and keep me regularly on tenants and the regular checks made to the property. I give the Southend-on-Sea branch five STARS .

GoogleLeaders have been absolutely exceptional since day one of signing up with them! I have been with many letting agencies in Southend, however leaders come out on top based on their customer services and their commitment to their landlords! Especially Jo and Louise, they are a credit to the company, they are fantastic. Overall Leaders have been efficient and consistent in their services and have always been with me and I would strongly recommend that if you are a landlord or tenant, you go with them!

GoogleHaving been a tenant of Leaders now for 2 years, the team at Leaders Southend have been amazing!! Tom their manager, Mike and Mica as negotiators and Jessica, Louise and Paula from the property management team have always been on hand to deal with any issues.Joann who completes the property inspections visits regularly as well to make sure everythings all running smoothly. I have rented with other agents previously but the service at Leaders southend has been the best!

GoogleLeaders have been a pleasure to deal with. My 88 year old mum is renting a retirement flat through leaders. The entire team couldn’t do enough for us. Joshua initially showed us around the rental property. We found Joshua to be ever so friendly and professional. He took the time to talk to the residents in the retirement housing, which was very endearing. In addition to being professional..he clearly is a people person and wants to help. Joshua and his colleagues bent over backward to help and guide us through the rental process. I would highly recommend them

GoogleLeaders management and staff in Southend continue to excel in managing rented properties and presenting the Landlord's best interest. They manage to build bridges between Landlords and tenants and make sure that rent is paid on time, which is very important to every Landlord. They are devoted to their work, implement the laws and make sure that Landlords and tenants are both well protected under the law.

GoogleI would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolute disgrace The lettings Manager: Tom, couldn't manage a beery fart in a whirlwind let alone a property. When I have asked for his managers details, get deflected and refused. I will find them myself and make contact. Let our home through them when we moved abroad: promised the Earth, the tenants are behind on their rent, never pay on time. So we were promised a weekly update by Tom, well the last one was a month ago. Never available and won't respond. Cost us a lot of money in fees and bank charges due to their incompetence. Do not let your property with these money grabbing cowboys. There are far better agencies out there. You have been warned!
