GoogleHaving bought and sold a number of houses in my life time and experienced an equal number of estate agencies, Leaders in Southend are by far the best I have come across. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are helpful, polite and responsive. Best of all, I have been kept informed every step of the way. Would recommend the Southend Team without hesitation. Without doubt a five star service.

They always let me know of any issues straight away and any problems are dealt with promptly . I tend to always deal with Paula who is very nice, professional and nothing is too much trouble. GoogleWe let our property with Leaders. They were very friendly and provided clear and honest information to us. As first time landlords, we had a lot of questions and their lettings manager, Thomas, managed to answer all of them promptly. In the same day we had viewings they managed to find us tenants, exactly to our specifications. Couldn't be more happy with the service they offer.

The key to a successful landlord is a good managment company that understands the needs of both landlord and tenant which Leaders at Southend On Sea most certainly offer. Highly recommended !

Since the day one I feel valued tenant and the staff members have always been polite, friendly and to the highest standards (especially I would like to mention Louise and Joann). All the issues are solved as soon as possible, sometimes longer if they have to contact Landlords first. Highly recommended letting agency!

They may not the biggest estate agent in the area but they know their stuff and they found a buyer for our flat in less than 2 weeks! Their staff were always polite, patient and professional. GoogleCustomer service was a key aspect my partner and I were looking for and leaders accommodated this exceptionally. we found that leaders supasses any other company we have had previous dealings with. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful without the pushy attitudes and false information others sell. Will now only deal with Leaders.
