Charlie Francis is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. When he says contact him anytime he means anytime! He was great at showing us around the property, took and answered all our questions and has been amazing at walking us through the steps of the purchase process clearly and concisely. Thanks for all your help! Bonus call out for Daniel who took us through the second viewing and was able to answer a couple of questions we had there and then and even helped hold one end of tape measure. Staff are even helpful with the little things!

Leaders have recently dealt with the probate sale on my Dad's property. There were a few problems including a horrible sewage leak and the fact I live quite a way away. James the Sales Manager was at all times informative, helpful and considerate after the death of my Dad. He took on any problems with patience, politeness and a general "don't worry we can sort this for you". I would highly recommend and I have to say James is a credit to Leaders.

Charlie at Leaders, Southend has been great! Thank you. The only issue I have had with Leaders has been the £80 cost for the AML check which is provided by an outside company who then try and sell further products when they call you. Other estate agencies provide this check for far less than £80 but I’ve been advised this is a company wide policy. When moving is already expensive- this is another cost unfortunately - that could be reduced. Other than that- very happy and now looking forward to working with Niki to get our sale progressed quickly! Big thanks to Charlie!

Had a really bad experience with this company. 1) They are not responsive over the telephone which could cause you to miss out on viewings and affects correspondence 2) The team are very bad with communication and fine details - they sent me the wrong address on my referencing application. In particular, Mica Bailey was the one handling things very badly. 3) Once you pay the holding deposit, they stop communicating effectively and subsequently referencing may start days later. 4) I understand that the team are fairly young, but they need to tighten up with how they deal with the public and understand the needs and concerns of all applicants. Very bad service and experience

Would fully recommend Leader's Southend. Upon looking to sell our house we had a few estate agents come in and give a sales pitch which consisted of bad mouthing other estate agent's & in general being rather pushy about going with their agency. David Cook from Leader's came in was incredibly polite & professional, which was very refreshing and made us instantly know we'd be looking to sell our property with Leader's. Throughout the process of the sale David was very hands on, even with a buyer pulling out unexpectedly, David and team got the property back on the market and sold within a week to ensure we did not lose the property we were looking to purchase. Always available to take a call and resolving any queries in a professional and timely manner. Couldn't recommend Leader's enough to anyone who's looking to sale, and in particular would recommend using David Cook.
