GoogleI'm very pleased with the service I receive from Leaders, Paula Williamson and Mica always deal immediately with anything needing attention. I had one issue only, and that was late rental payment (passed on from the tenant,) but the issue was resolved and payment is made a bit quicker lately. GoogleFollowing the sad loss of our Mum my brother and I had to find someone to market her house as we have both got our own properties already. We contacted a number of different agencies but as soon as we met Fathom from Leaders we knew we had found the right one. Every member of the team that we have dealt with during this difficult time has been friendly, helpful, professional and respectful. I have recently sold my property in Harlow and I am looking to relocate to Southend or surrounding areas, Not knowing the area very well, the staff took time to listen to my requirements and guide me on what areas would be best suited to my family's needs. The staff were always welcoming both over the telephone and face to face, I have dealt with many estate agents over the past few months and I must say the staff at Tudor outshine any one else I have had dealings with. Thank you to all of the staff at Tudor for making this relocation as stress free as possible so far.... and I have no doubt with their help we will find our dream home very soon :-)

GoogleDreadful! Utterly dreadful! Avoid at all costs! I can only speak as someone who has let from them and they could not care a less, to the point of neglect. Worse than that, we had major problems going on with the let, for over 3 years, which they repeatedly failed to sort out. And there is a clear reason for this.. One of their rare visits to do a check on the property, just happened to be by someone who turned out to apparently be, the Son of the person who owns the firm. Probably the most obnoxious, arrogant person you could possibly not wish to meet. When confronted with the on going problems we had, he told us to our faces that he wasn't interested in the tenant, his only concern was the Landlord. Seemingly unaware that is in fact tenants who keep tardy little rackets like his going. His bad attitude towards tenants, clearly reflects in the way they operate. However, even his claimed sole interest in the Landlord, was clearly not up to much, because eventually.. and to our enormous relief, the Landlord dumped them. I could go on with this sorry, most regrettable story.. But I would be sitting here all day. Be warned!

GoogleLeaders have been marvellous with arranging and troubleshooting a recent bathroom renovation in one of my rental properties. They have kept me up to date with how things are going and, most importantly, arranged quickly to oversee a problem when it occurred. Leaders , and previous to them it was Tudor Estates, have been my agents for well over 10 years and I have always been very happy with the service they offer.
