GoogleAfter having had a difficult situation with a previous agent, that cost us both time and money due to the Brexit deadline, Leaders have been phenominal in their exceptional level of customer service. Shane and James have been highly focused, dedicated and professional in supporting us and ensuring all our needs are met with exceptional results. Leaders are most certainly not the cheapest agents on the market, however their customer service and customer care makes them worth every penny in my opinion. GoogleWOW WOW WOW, Mica and Kai: extremely professional and two individuals who went over and beyond in getting a property rented, for me, in the Southend area. Over the years I have dealt with various Agents, but in the case of Mica and Kai I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts as they have assisted in things that I know other Agents would not get involved with. If ever you get the chance to work with Mica and Kai in renting your property, you will not be disappointed !!!!

GoogleHonestly can not thank kai and the team at leaders enough. They were incredibly helpful and understanding during a difficult situation I was in, they arranged a viewing, started the application process, completed all background and credit checks and took the property off the market all on the same day. From experience as a Tennant with different estate agents and also when trying to find a new home as a renting Tennant I have found that you are often shoved aside as they care more for people buying properties...however this was not the case with leaders at all. They showed professionalism and kindness and can honestly say I'm happy to now be under their wing while in my new rented accommodation.PositiveProfessionalism
